Get Involved with Volunteering
A great way to get involved with the team is to take on one of the needed volunteer roles. Beside the satisfaction of adding value and improving the experience the girls have, you will also develop closer relationships with other team parents and with coaches and Booster board members.
Each season we will be looking for the following volunteers:
C-TEAM

Team Managers are the connection between the team coach and team parents. They coordinate closely with the coach to keep parents informed using a weekly email to parents and other as needed communication. Team Managers are supported by the Booster's Communication chair and will receive guidance and training if/when desired. They also collaborate with the team coach for other team activities (such as Pasta Feeds or bonding events) and may recruit additional volunteers to help with those.
⌚Estimated time commitment: 2-3 hours per week -
Who doesn't like looking at game photos and team photos during the season? The team photographer will have sideline access and create those great memories for the players and teams. The Booster will provide storage and sharing tools.
⌚Estimated time commitment: attend all C-Team games

When C-Team plays on the main field, this volunteer will operated the scoreboard for the game. Training will be provided.

Junior Varsity

Varsity team uses a VEO camera to record games and analyze/reflect on later. It's a fantastic tool to help team performance. The VEO volunteer will ensure the equipment is in working order, and be responsible to set it up and tear it down for each varsity game.
⌚Estimated time commitment: one time training (10 min), 30 minutes before each game, 30 minutes after. Ideally, attend all varsity games to ensure equipment operates through the game. -
During home games, the announcer sits in the box above the bleachers and shares game information over the PA system.
⌚Estimated time commitment: one time training with school facilities, attend all varsity games. -
Sitting with the announcer, the spotter helps identify plays, players, scoring and provides the info to the announcer.

Booster Board Positions
Yes, we are always recruiting! Available positions:
President: oversee booster board operations, partner with program head coach to deliver the best experience for our players
Secretary: send our monthly meeting agendas and capture and share meeting minutes.
Events: coordinate and organize team wide events such as senior night, pack the stands, etc.
Social Media: spread the word about the program using social channels, share team events and accomplishment.
Communications: support the booster board with technology needs, support team managers and generate team wide communications.
Treasurer: manage booster budgets and track expenditures
